Sarah is a lifelong arts lover, advocate and experienced festival coordinator with a constant thirst for collaboration and a personal mission to help improve equity and build community in the arts. She is the founder of Full Gallop, an event production and artist consulting business.

Named after James Taylor and raised with a passion for entrepreneurship, Taylor moved to Austin to pursue a career in the music biz and currently works as Marketing Manager at Williamson Group and is founder of Moose Chair Productions, an event production and marketing boutique.

A proud UT Austin graduate and founder of the Austin Bookstore Crawl, Walden currently works for a consulting company and is deeply looking forward to merging her love of storytelling and her leadership skills to empower other women in her community to create something they love.

Event Chair Jane Ko – popular Austin food blogger, author and creator of A Taste of Koko.
Social Media Manager Margaux Bartzen – Margaux is a UT graduate with a passion for all things creative, from writing to photography. She has worked for multiple nonprofits, local and international alike, doing copywriting, social media, and photography. In her free time, she is an avid reader, traveller, and hunter for all things vintage.
Decorator Jennifer Cunningham – Texas native Jennifer has been making art and crafts in Austin since 2009 and painting since she was old enough to hold a brush. She has been a past CAF vendor, showing art and accessories, and spends her days immersed in perpetual pursuit of creativity.
Emcees Nancy Flores & Piper LeMoine 
Graphic Design Joseph Salazar – Joseph is a graphic and web designer who has lived most of his life in Austin, TX. He also enjoys writing music, photography, learning Japanese and video games. 🎶🎮🌀
Green Room Coordinator Emily O’Connor – Emily is a native Midwesterner who grew up visiting family in Austin and fell in love with the city. As a restaurant General Manager and Event Coordinator, she has a passion for fundraising and planning events and creating a memorable experience for her guests.

Logistics Coordinator Raquel Peña – Raquel Peña, owner of Merch Gal, has worked in the music industry since 2000 beginning in radio. While managing her merchandising and branding company, she continues to work in all facets of the music industry, including event production management, tour merchandising, and tour management. Among her passions is vinyl deejaying and she spins with the Chulita Vinyl Club – Austin chapter.

Live Music & Dance Booker Full Gallop – Founded by Sarah Rucker in 2015, Full Gallop specializes in community engagement via arts programming, event production, and promotion services. Full Gallop strives to bridge cultures and connect communities through creative collaborations and programs.

Community Group Manager Abby Rodgers – Abby has been working with events and festivals locally and nationwide for 3 years . Cherrywood Art Fair is one of her favorite local events in Austin and she is excited to be a part of it for a 3rd year, this year bringing in community groups to the fair.

Media/Publicity Krissi Reeves, High Kick PR – Krissi Reeves owns High Kick Consulting, a community engagement and public relations agency representing a roster of Austin’s best cultural attractions and nonprofit organizations. After sunset, you can find Krissi supporting her community through arts and animal advocacy, performing at Austin’s many storytelling shows and obsessing over cats on Instagram.

Asst. Volunteer Coordinator Jane Finkbeiner Reinig – Jane grew up in Arkansas and still calls the Hogs but has been happily living in Longhorn country for 20 years. She is married to a great guy she met on the Guadalupe River and they have 2 wonderfully Austin kids.

Web Developer Elvira Barrientos
Illustrator Garzig Design – Angel Ortega, owner of Garzig Design, illustrated the 2019 Cherrywood Art Fair poster and has been a big artist in the Little Artist BIG ARTIST program for the last 3 years. Garzig Design is heavy influenced by metal music, her Latinx heritage, and her love to redesign pop culture with a low brow chic. You’ll find her work in Austin, San Antonio, and everywhere between

Jurors Clifford Gillard – a long-standing community activist on Austin’s east side, he has produced a series of events including From Gospel to Hip Hop during Black History Month, First Saturdays at the G.W. Carver Museum and Genealogy Center, and Sundays In The Park at the Givens Recreation Center in Rosewood Park. He has worked at the Historic Victory Grill since 2005 and his company, Another Option Productions, is the current leaseholder. He is a member of the City of Austin African American Resource Advisory Commission and works as a mentor to many young adults through several organizations.


Anais Cruz – the Communications and Community Engagement Program Manager at Central Health, she also serves as the Communications Director for Chingona Fest Texas, a social impact music festival supporting Latinx talent, entrepreneurs, and benefiting local nonprofit organizations. In her free time, she operates a small portrait and lifestyle photography business and volunteers with her favorite non-profit organization, Con Mi MADRE.

Paloma Mayorga – an interdisciplinary artist and independent curator, she was awarded Best Visual Artist by the Austin Chronicle Reader’s Poll in 2017, and most recently was selected for The Contemporary Austin’s Crit Group program. She currently acts as the Director of PrintAustin, and Development Coordinator for Big Medium.

Ashland Viscosi – the founder of Creatives Meet Business and its three-day professional development extravaganza, CMBXP, that provides artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners with the know-how they need to be in business, she also hosts and produces the Creatives Meet Business Podcast, featuring insight from industry experts. She teaches at General Assembly and consults on event production, fundraising, and goal planning. She loves long chats over cheese plates and bourbon (or pinot noir, depending on the situation!)
