How do I add or remove an accepted artist who has cancelled or been replaced?

To remove an artist from the gallery after they have been accepted:

1) Find the artist’s entry under the “DVTeam” section in the dashboard menu (toward the bottom)

and

2) Click “Quick Edit” under the artist’s entry and change the status from “Published”, to “Draft”

To add a new artist in the spot, under the “DVTeam” section, click “Add new member”
Then, add the artist’s name as the title.

Look for these sections and change them accordingly:

1) “FORMAT” – click the “Link” radial button.
2) “CATEGORIES” – Select the applicable artist category
3) “FEATURED IMAGE” – Upload the artist’s Featured Image from their Artist Page (accessible as usual through the “Artists” menu in the Dashboard)
4) “POST FORMAT – LINK” – add the URL to the Artist’s Page on the CHERRYWOOD SITE. This will be http://cherrywoodartfair.org/artists/ARTISTS-PAGE-NAME… get this link from the artists page under the “Artists” menu in the Dashboard
5) PUBLISH!

The artist should now appear in the current year’s artist gallery.
