Chulita Vinyl Club ATX

Chulita Vinyl Club is an all-girl all-vinyl club for self-identifying women of color, which launched in 2014, with the context of providing a space for empowerment and togetherness. They stand united as a collective spanning 7 national chapters with a community of women coming together over the belief that EL DISCO ES CULTURA and it’s worth preserving and perpetuating. They choose to only play vinyl with the goal of activating a musical archive that might not otherwise be shared in the age of digital DJs.
